Aus der Königsblüte Nelumbo David, einem der prächtigsten Sämlinge unserer Zucht, ist etwas ganz Neues und doch Vertrautes entstanden: Lotusland’s Opaline – eine mittelgroße Lotusblume, so zart und schimmernd wie ein Opal im Morgenlicht.

Mit ihren seidigen Blütenblättern in Pastelltönen aus Rosé, Elfenbein und einem Hauch von Goldgrün erinnert sie an stilles Wasser bei Sonnenaufgang – weich, leuchtend, fast überirdisch. Die klare Linienführung ihrer Blätter, kombiniert mit der robusten Natur ihres Vaters Nelumbo David, macht sie zu einer Blüte voller Anmut und Stärke.
